We have recently made a number of changes in order to enhance usability and position our web products for further improvement, including:
- A streamlined login process
- Improved performance and more intuitive navigation
- The facility to export transaction and balance pages to CSV files
- Providing investors that own multiple accounts with the ability to conveniently access them all using a single login, rather than with a separate login for each account
- Allowing advisers to see their funds under advice at a glance by adding a consolidated view of investor data, as well as providing them with complete investor listings so they can easily access underlying information
