Notes to the financial statements
Note 4. Description of segments
Operating segments are identified and segment information disclosed on the basis of internal reports that are
regularly provided to, or reviewed by, OneVue’s chief operating decision makers which, for OneVue, is the Board of
Directors. In this regard, such information is provided using different measures to those used in preparing the
statement of profit and loss and other comprehensive income and statement of financial position.
Identification of reportable operating segments
OneVue is organised into two operating segments: Fund Services and Platform Services. These operating segments
are based on the internal reports that are reviewed and used by the Board of Directors (who are identified as the
Chief Operating Decision Makers ('CODM')) in assessing performance and in determining the allocation of
resources. There is no aggregation of operating segments.
The Board also uses EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) as a principal profit
measure. The accounting policies adopted for internal reporting to the CODM are consistent with those adopted in
the financial statements.
The information reported to the CODM is on at least a monthly basis.

consolidation.
